Dear Partner,

WE GREET YOU in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ - "whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" John 3:16.NKJV  What a blessing to be able to share all that Jesus has been doing on the Key First Nation!   At Christmas time we were able to distribute gifts to over 100 children and food hampers to all the families.  The horse and sleigh were a welcomed and joyful mode of transportation for many of the deliveries.  This was very special time as we also presented a bible to every home as well as Christian books and DVDs, donated by 700 Club Canada, to all the children.  Jesus is making a difference in all of our lives!

IN APRIL 2016 Pastor Jamie Desjarlais, Worship Leader Steven Bryant, and myself will be travelling to South Korea & ministering at a conference entitled "Aboriginal & South Korean Ministries Working Together".  We will be sharing and ministering in several churches. Please be praying for us and we welcome you to sow into this trip and be blessed.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL!  Birthdays are important and exceptional!   A highlight for each student at ATCA is their birthday!  They are given the opportunity to bake and decorate their own unique birthday cake then share with the other students.  A great time of joyous celebration and they look so forward to their special day!   We thank God for each of them!

PRISON MINISTRY- “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into His harvest. – Luke 10:2 NKJV
Carole and I visit Regina Correctional and Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert once a month.   We travel about 700 Km. one way to these institutions.   It is a labour of love and a joy to be able to minister to those in prison.  Their needs are great but we know our God is greater and His love for those incarcerated is like the song that says, “I’ve found a love greater than life itself”.
Ron and Helen Hamilton ministered with us in February as seen in photo below. We were just getting ready to leave for Regina Correctional Centre.
Any support you, your church or a group in your church could give to help cover the cost of travel would be a great blessing.

MINISTRY OUTREACH - Recently Carole & I ministered in Winnipeg at Victoria Inn with Pastors Sonny Stephenson and Ken Stoddard.  We also ministered at Evangelist Max Solbrekken’s Church in Saskatoon, Christ the Healer Gospel Church.  In these Outreach Services many received Jesus as their Lord and Savior and experienced God’s healing power.  We want to thank all who helped to organize these meetings and a special blessing to all who attended. Near the end of February we are looking forward to ministering at Ron & Lorna Sylvester’s Twin Lakes Ranch in Moose Jaw.

ATMBI - Almond Tree Ministries Bible Institute
God has blessed us with several awesome bible school presenters since Christmas: Pastor Ken Stoddard from Stoughton SK, and Ron Hamilton from Edmonton AB (shown in photo above).  Recent courses presented were entitled Historical Books, Counselling, & Bible Doctrines. We give thanks to God for the students who are enrolled this semester, for their enthusiasm, regular attendance and spiritual growth as they become grounded in Christian thought and practice, so they can be effective in their local church and community.

ATCA NEWS - The older students are presently attending an Alpha Youth Course facilitated by Pastor Jamie Desjarlais.   The Alpha Youth Film Series is 12 video sessions designed to engage students in conversations about faith, life and Jesus.
Also recently all the students attended a presentation entitled "Healthy Eating" as seen in photo above.

SWEETHEART BANQUET- Every year, around Valentine's Day, we hold an event in our church called the Sweetheart Banquet.  The message presented is always one of love and encouragement to help strengthen relationships in marriage and present God’s divine plan for those who wish to spend the rest of their lives together.  There are also wonderful testimonies of God’s healing power in relationships. It is open to married & unmarried couples as well as singles.  Guest speakers this year were Pastors Kevin and Lola Hunter.

Please join us for:

Sunday Church Services at 10:00am

Outreach House Meetings every Thursday at 7:00pm

For students & families to continue to grow spiritually & love Jesus wholeheartedly
For prisoners and their families to know Jesus personally
For a daily infilling of the Holy Spirit that we may always trust in Jesus, speak His truth, & walk in faith

Remembering always you and your families in our prayers.
