We greet you in the precious Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Carole and I want to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your prayers, love, support and encouragement these past few months. This summer has been one of the most demanding, eventful and challenging for us but God has been with us and poured out His love into our innermost being. He is able to refresh and encourage any heart! We love Him so much! In our tent meetings and in the prisons we have witnessed God’s deliverance and healings. Also we have witnessed many who turned from their life of sin and presented themselves as a living sacrifice to Jesus Christ.
Recently (photos above) Carole and I ministered at Twin Lakes Ranch in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, with the founders Ron and Lorna Silvester. Twin Lakes Ranch Ministries is one of the few organizations in Canada that run Christian Rodeo Schools and Christian Rodeo Bible Camps. Part of their vision is to provide a place for other ministries to present Jesus. They are a blessing and we thank God for them! Read more on their website: https://tlrm.net/
ATMBI – Almond Tree Ministries Bible Institute will begin classes September 6th with Rev. Greg Bitely as opening presenter. There are 12 students registered and only a few have their funding. The cost for the year is $5200.00. What a wonderful opportunity to invest into a life that is being trained and discipled to carry the message of Jesus to others. We cannot guarantee a return on your investment but God can. He has a plan for each and every soul, so let us put our confidence, trust and assurance in Him.
Rev. Greg Bitely from Oklahoma will be speaking at Special Outreach Services at the Almond Tree Church on September 9th at 7pm, 10th at 7pm & 11th at 10am. Rev. Greg and his wife Karen have a passion to bring God’s Glory and Power to the nations. Rev. Greg has been used of God to bring healing to patients with AIDS, cancer, epilepsy, deafness, growths, tumors, as well as the dead raised in his services. Truly, miracles, signs, and wonders follow the Prophetic Teaching ministry of Rev. Bitely. Hope you can join us. God has something for you!
ATCA – The Graduation in June was dear to our hearts as we witnessed our first three High School graduates from ATCA. The Key First Nation was truly blessed! (Photo above) These young men are going to make a difference in the world and in the Kingdom of God!
Almond Tree Christian Academy begins September 1st. New teacher this year will be Kevin Bundas, from Yorkton Faith Ministries. He has a degree in Physical Education and has had experience in operating his own Christian School for many years using the ACE Program. The Principal will be Pastor Carole O’Soup with Denise Brass as Office Administrator and Dale Brass will also carry on as bus driver, maintenance worker and in charge of other tasks, as needed. Each staff person and each student is a blessing from the Lord! We are looking forward to a great year and thanking God for His love and faithfulness from the very first day, 15 years ago, when He placed the vision and compassion in our hearts to see children reach their full potential, regardlesss of circumstances. To register your children at ATCA call Denise at (306)594-2169.
ATCA students went on a year end school camping trip to Lady Lake Regional Park near Preeceville, SK. Heavy rains shortened their stay but not their spirits. God blessed the students and their parents with a great time and His great love! Psalm 36:7 NKJ “How precious is your loving kindness, O God!Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.
ATMBI Dormitory - We like to be good stewards and maintain Godly values in the ministry and in the community. That is why Carole and I have always adopted a “pay as we go” system. Right now we have an electrical bill of $7000. for the new Dormitory which needs to be paid before we can do the remainder of the work on the furnace and floors in the Dorm. We are sharing this with our partners with the hope you will pray and ask God what your part should be in helping us to go forward. Information on how to donate to this worthy cause can be found below.
Prison Ministry – Every Chapel Service in Regina Correctional and Saskatchewan Penitentary this summer has been filled with God’s presence. Carole and I can show the love of Jesus to these men because Jesus showed His love to us! We sing, teach, minister and pray and no one leaves with a hungry heart. At our recent visit to Regina Correctional 25 men gave their hearts to the Lord and put their hope in Jesus Christ.
In August we set up our tent on White Bear First Nation (see photo above) and four men assisted me. Carole and I were privileged to have the opportunity to minister to each of these men when they were serving their time in prison and now they are servants serving Jesus. How great is our God! Praise His Holy Name! Also at White Bear there was a man, I had known and ministered to several years ago, and who came to one of our services. He was drunk and after the service we prayed with him and he received a wonderful touch from the Lord. He now has no desire to drink, do drugs or smoke cigarettes and has been a constant companion helping in every way he can in the ministry. What a loving God!
Please join us in prayer for:

Remembering always you and your families in our prayers,
