What do I need to do to access my account?
  • Login to your account normally. 
  • Enter your account name as it is shown on your bill. 
  • If prompted, please verify your account by phone — you can choose to request a call back or give us a call. 
Helpful Tips
  • Please make sure the account name entered is EXACTLY as it appears on your bill.
  • Make sure the email address you are using is associated with your account.
Go to MyPortal
Once you are verified you will be able to access your account as normal. You will only be asked to do this once!
