What do I need to do to access my account?
Go to the login screen and select “Forgot My Password”
You will receive an email with a temporary password, use this to login.
Enter your account name as it is shown on your bill.
If prompted, please verify your account by phone — you can choose to request a call back or give us a call.
Please make sure the account name entered is EXACTLY as it appears on your bill.
When entering your temporary password, be careful not to copy and paste any extra spaces at the end of the password.
Do not use a CID reference number when logging in.
Make sure the email address you are using is associated with your account.
Go to MyPortal
Once you are verified you will be able to access your account as normal. You will only be asked to do this once!
