The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) wishes a Happy New Year to everyone! 
We are happy to enter the new year with an updated form of communication.  The OPA Postdoc newsletter will be sent out bi-weekly on Thursdays.  If you are interested in including items please contact Blessing Enekwe by COB on the Tuesday before the newsletter is to be sent out.

For those who have not attended an orientation yet, please consider attending the Graduate School's Symposium: Invest in Your Future.  The symposium will include a Postdoc Orientation Session where you will learn more about the resources available to postdocs on campus as well as meet key faculty and staff that work with postdocs.  RSVP here:

Professional and Career Development Opportunities
Judges and Session Chairs Needed: Consider participating in the Annual USM PROMISE AGEP Research Symposium and Professional Development Conference held here at University of Maryland College Park on Friday, February 17, 2017.
This is a free one-day conference with a lunch provided, but registration is still required.  To find out more information and to register, please visit:
