Welcome to the first edition of Talk Time, the CCAS social newsletter! As with every birth, this is a special moment for us at CCAS.

It has been a long and exciting process to be able to bring this newsletter to life, and my thanks go first to all the contributors who spent time and effort to bring themselves out there!  

This space is yours. We want the people from the community to have the opportunity to share about anything they feel is relevant to the industry. We aim to celebrate the intelligence, dedication and passion of everyone in Singapore and the region working in contact centres!

This first edition has contributions coming from top companies in Singapore, Asia Pacific and a special topic about the CCAS EXCO projects for 2017.
