FUN RUN & The After Party Committee Members NEEDED
Help us coordinate our biggest fundraiser of the year!  Contact to volunteer!

The Yearbook Club is looking for a parent volunteer to assist the club leader during this school year.  The duties will include attending the club meetings, taking attendance during meetings, giving a helping hand with students during the club meetings.  The meetings are held on Thursdays after school in 6 week segments, with breaks in between.  Ideally, it would be great if a 3rd or 4th grade parent could volunteer who would be interested in running the club next year, however, this is not necessary. Just as a reminder, the club is only open to 4th and 5th graders.

Room Parents Needed!
Thanks so much to all of the parents who have already volunteered to be the Room Parent this year in their child's class!! We still have several of our wonderful teachers who do not yet have anyone volunteering to be their Room Parent.
Please consider volunteering some of your time to support your child's teacher. This is a great way to get to know the teacher and the other kids/parents in the class better.
If you are interested in helping out your child's teacher as a Room Parent this year, please let your teacher know that you would like to do this and ask for their OK to pass on your name and email address to me ( ). If you would like to help out, but would prefer to share the duties with another parent, it is totally acceptable for 2 or 3 people to pool resources to help the teacher.

The Room Parent Meeting will be on Tuesday Sept. 25th at 9:30am in the Cafeteria. We will be discussing what is typically involved in this role.  In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any general questions. I will be happy to send you an outline of specifically what is involved in the role.
