AES is re-starting their Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS) program with GOTCHAs! Students receive GOTCHA cards when they are caught doing something good! Weekly gotcha drawing winners get to choose a prize for their class. Help us keep the GOTCHA prize box stocked by purchasing something from this Amazon list that will be shipped directly to the school. Students love the GOTCHAs and it's a great way to spread positive behavior and cheer throughout the school!

Sunday, January 9, is Law Enforcement Appreciation Day!
Make sure you thank a law enforcement officer this weekend! Officer Joe serves as our School Resource Officer, and he's GREAT! He is at Apex Elementary School once per week, so please encourage your kids to say THANK YOU to Officer Joe! We're sure he'd love any handmade cards or notes of thanks as well, so let your kids' creativity soar and send some love to our SRO.
