OF UKRAINIAN STUDIES

Join the Summer Program at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy 
 
The Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Summer School delivers a combination of a 4 hour daily study program in Ukrainian Language, History of Ukraine, Literature, and Current Political and Economic Events.

In addition, the program also includes excursions to the most historically and culturally significant treasures including: St. Sophia and St. Michael's Cathedrals, Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Hanenky Museum of Western and Eastern Art, Museum of Soviet Repressions, Golden Gate, performances at the National Opera, and other interesting sites and events.

Since 1995 when the summer program was established, hundreds of students from the United States, Canada, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Spain, France, and other countries enjoyed their participation at the Kyiv-Mohyla Summer School.

Cost of the 4-week program is 2,140 USD per person and covers:
  • Accommodation in a comfortable hotel room shared with 2-3 people (for an extra charge you may opt to stay in a single room).
  • Food includes lunch and a coffee-break every day except Saturday and Sunday. Welcome and Farewell Gala dinner at the beginning and at the conclusion of your studies.
  • Academic Studies (4 hours of in-class lectures each day).
  •  Excursions to historical sites
  • Transportation Service (to and from airport)
Participants of the program will receive 4-6 credits upon successful completion, based on the number of selected hours
