I wanted to take a moment to send out best wishes for you and your family during this holiday season.

In just over a week, we'll be starting 2016.  I've decided to call this my 'sweet 16' year because it's going to be my best year yet.

Goal setting, focus and hard work have gotten me where I am today.

How about you?  What do you want to achieve in 2016? How will you get there?

My friend Marc Mawhinney created a FREE 2015 review/2016 planning tool that you can use.  It's located here:

In the meantime, enjoy your family and friends.  I've put together a bunch of my most popular classic videos for you to enjoy.

Watch out for another e-mail from me next week.  I'll be making a fantastic offer for those of you who want to change your life in 2016 by buying a business.

Also, If you're interested in expanding your portfolio to include local investments, reply back to this email with the subject 'Boxing Day' and I'll send you a wonderful offer for my local investing course tomorrow.  Learn more about it at

Lonnie Scruggs wrote a book called 'Deals on Wheels' where he outlined a plan to make huge investment returns buying and selling mobile homes. I tried one. The results weren't so great.
Chris in California read Invest Local then went on to apply some of the basic principles in buying and selling raw land. In just a few months he's built up quite a portfolio of land notes.
Do you Know someone who would enjoy receiving my information each week? This is the perfect e-mail to forward to friends.  Anyone can join my list by clicking the big button at the bottom of this e-mail.
