Congratulations on starting your journey at University of the Arts London! We're so happy to have you here with us.

As part of our Big Welcome, we'll be sharing everything you need to know to kick-start your student life and make the most out of your time studying with us. Keep an eye on your inbox over the next 5 weeks as we'll be sending out emails each week.

Have you enrolled yet?

Before you can take part in our Big Welcome, you must have completed the online registration step of enrolment. You should have been sent an email to set up your UAL email and network account. You need to log into your UAL Portal to complete your registration.

Don't miss a thing! Set up your e-mail account today

To set up your account, you’ll receive an email from us with your username and a one-time password link. Set up your new password as soon as possible.   

It’s essential that you check your UAL email account regularly as it’s where you’ll get important news and updates. You can access it from either a computer or your phone by downloading the ‘Outlook’ app or MyUAL.

check your timetable to see your schedule

Welcome Week starts on 19 September, where there will be many events and activities to join in as part of your UAL Big Welcome!

We're aware that the start of our Higher Education term coincides this year with Rosh Hashanah on 26 and 27 September 2022 and falls within Navaratri. If this affects you and your course has programming on those days, please contact your College course support team. You can also contact Student Services, which includes the UAL Chaplaincy and Faith Advisors.
