ANU Energy News & Events
April 2017

Dear reader

With discussion on energy security continuing across the country, this month we're featuring podcasts discussing and explaining the 'energy crisis' and the recently announced Snowy 2.0 pumped hydro proposal.

ANU is continuing to develop innovative solutions to the challenges of the energy transition.  Solcast is an ANU start-up that aims to help electricity networks integrate more solar into the grid.     ANU has also just broken another solar PV efficiency record, helping reduce the price of solar cells even further.

Finally we hope to see you at one of our upcoming energy related seminars, be it on the impacts of the divestment movement, incentivising solar PV in Indonesia or discussing energy as a driver of economic growth.
