Dear Edit Order Customer,

 

As some of you may already know, Edit Order App was recently acquired by Cleverific, Inc. and is now managed, developed, and supported by a new team based out of Santa Barbara, California.
 

Cleverific has been building software for businesses for about 10 years. We’ve worked on all types of projects large and small for organizations of all kinds, from tech startups and corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, to small, 2-3 person, Shopify stores.

 

What does that mean for you? Edit Order is about to get a whole lot better!

Stable and Faster App Performance

 

We've only been working on Edit Order for a few weeks and are still getting up to speed on many things, but we’ve already implemented a few bug fixes and performance improvements that have made Edit Order more stable.

 

One thing that we’ve come to learn over the years is that software should make your life easier and not more difficult. Software should simplify the jobs we have, so we can spend our time where it matters. To that end, we’re working hard on helping everyone who depends on Edit Order to be able to use the app without ever worrying about whether it’s up or down or slow.

Dedicated Customer Support Hours

 

The first thing we implemented on acquiring Edit Order was dedicated customer support hours. We want you to know that we take customer service seriously and are proud to announce support hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday Pacific Time. If you are within that time zone, our goal is to get back to you within 2 hours during business hours.

 

For those of you that operate businesses outside of our time zone, we’ll try and get back to you between 12-24 hours, depending on where you are located.

Our Roadmap

 

As small business owners and Shopify store owners ourselves, we have a lot of plans for Edit Order. Here’s a sample of what we’re already working on and are planning to release within the next few months:

 
  • Payment processing for edited orders that have a balance due

  • Simplified and improved wholesale pricing

  • Draft orders and order templates for frequently ordered product combinations

 

Some of you might recognize at least one of these features as your own request. But if you haven’t talked to us about how we can make your experience better yet, we’d love to hear from you!
