Instructions for Members on How To Register
CURRENT OAGS MEMBERS:
If you've already paid your dues for the current 2020 fiscal year, your admission to this annual meeting is FREE, but you will still have to register for a ticket. Current/paid members will have or soon will have received an email with the "PRIVATE ACCESS CODE".
1) Click on the "Program & Registration" button above.
2) On the new annual meeting website, click the "Registration" tab.
3) Complete the form and advance to the next page.
4) Click on the appropriate "Current OAGS Member" ticket. When the pop up box appears, enter your "Private Access Code" that you received in a separate email from the OAGS.
5) It should accept it as a free ticket, scroll down and click "Checkout/Submit".
6) You will then receive 2 emails: a receipt for zero dollars and in a second email you will receive your personalized login details and link to the Pheedloop platform. Keep this email containing your username and passcode safe. Do not share it.
7) Feel free to login and explore the platform any time leading up to, during and after the event. This is where the presentations ("Sessions") will be on the day of the event and we hope to post the recordings here afterward as well.
If you HAVE NOT received the member Private Access Code, you may not have renewed your dues for the current fiscal yet. If this is the case, continue to click on the "Program & Registration" button above, and you can still register for the meeting and pay your dues all at once.
DISCOUNT: Annual membership fees for 2020 have been discounted by 30% due to the COVID19 financial impact. Those who have already paid will receive an equivalent credit for 2021.
