To our priests, deacons, and parish leaders:  please spread news of this hotline far and wide.

Dear Friends,

As Missionary Disciples, we are asked to come together during this time of uncertainty. We continue to pray for our brothers and sisters who have been affected by COVID-19, ourselves and our families. We must continue to do all we can to stay healthy and be messengers of hope and peace in our communities.

This is an opportunity for us as a Catholic community to come together in prayer and service. For this reason we are launching in partnership with Saint Vincent De Paul and the Knights of Columbus, Hearts to Serve,  a hotline to serve our families in need but most importantly our elderly community who are homebound during this difficult time.

Hours of Operation will be 8am-6pm

Our hotline will provide resources and serve as a call center for anyone in our Catholic parishes and school who is need of food or home good delivery, material assistance, or referrals for essential resources. It is our hope that this hotline will be shared with your fellow parishioners and anyone who needs assistance. As of now, phone calls will only be answered in English.

If you are healthy and able to help, please consider volunteering at your local St. Vincent de Paul or Parish Food Bank. There is great need for able hands to pack food and supplies. We are also seeking volunteer drivers to deliver groceries to the homebound and people willing to answer calls.

If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the form below.

Parish Resources

To our priests, deacons, and parish leaders:  please spread news of this hotline far and wide. We have included a PDF File version of our informational flyer below. Forward it to your parish email lists, pass it along to ministry leaders, post it on your website or social media pages. Print it out and post it in the parish office or on the doors to the church.

Cardinal McIntyre Fund and CCHD Kindness Grants

Please remember that it is particularly important to help our parishioners financially as well as spiritually during this time. Many of them are facing reduced income due to layoffs or decreased hours. Parents are having to stay home instead of working because of the school closures. Many people in the service industry are dependent upon tips that they are no longer receiving. We do not want to turn anyone away especially since we are blessed to have the Cardinal McIntyre Fund and CCHD grants available. Your parish can be reimbursed for certain financial aids you provide to those in need.

To find out more or have questions, please contact Adrian Flores at 213-637-7421 or by email at
