PIZZA
Last month's pesto of garlic chive, lovage with Winchester cheese was one of our most popular Farm pizzas yet. Once the herbs are out of season we can't repeat, but with guidance from the growers in the Market Garden we'll be creating pestos from other herbs and greenery from the Farm over the summer. This month, back by popular demand we are also bringing back the 'Green' pizza, topped with slithers of roasted courgette, chilli and mozzarella.
