A bi-weekly look at Labor Administration in the Americas
Labor authorities of the region approve Work Plan for the next three years
Authorities of the XX Inter-American Conference of Ministers of Labor (IACML), who met on April 26 and 27 in Washington D.C, approved the Work Plan 2018-2020 to fulfill the mandates of the IACML in Bridgetown. It includes actions on the link between education-labor, enforcement of labor legislation, labor inspection, and informality, among others topics of the 2030 Agenda.

The selected proposals of the 11th call of the RIAL will be announced soon
As a result of the Eleventh Call of the RIAL, in which 49 proposals involving 20 countries were received, 7 proposals for bilateral cooperation will be selected. The results will be published on the RIAL website in the next few days.
