A special Reed honor

PROF. HELEN STAFFORD [biology 1954-87], A TRAILBLAZING BIOLOGIST & MENTOR, has joined the pantheon of inspiring scientists who survey the north stairwell of the biology building, thanks to an art project undertaken by students and professors in the Bio department.
PROFESSOR DEREK APPLEWHITE is a 2021 American Society for Cell Biology Fellow. ASCB Fellows represent the top-performing scientists who have contributed significantly to cell biology and to the community of scientists studying the cell.
IN MEMORY OF MARA GIBBS '19 who tragically lost her life during a fire in an off-campus apartment in 2017, Community SafetyEnvironmental Health and Safety, and Mara's mother want to share the Reed Fire Safety Brochure and other resources and information regarding fire safety.
