Please maintain social distancing and only soak with your pod

Please note: events and availability can be impacted by weather and changing COVID restrictions.

This is a friendly reminder that Covid-19 is still very much a threat to our livelihood. We have been very lucky at Lupin and are continuing to keep safety at the forefront of our mission.

PLEASE remember to WEAR YOUR MASK and maintain a 6 FOOT SOCIAL DISTANCE from anyone not in your immediate family or pod.  We need everyone to adhere to these guidelines to provide a safe space to gather.

Thank you all for your help!

Looking Back

 | March 10 |
Our first weekend in March had us singing along on Friday evening with Sara at the gang at the bonfire, then on Saturday Dylan facilitated Vinyasa Yoga at 11am followed by a 1:00 hike.  On Sunday a community breakfast was served at NOURISH followed by an afternoon of haircuts for residents and guests. We hope you are all taking advantage of our wonderful Yoga classes.  We are grateful to Dylan and Francis for leading them. And if you still are interested in listening to “ Insight Out the Naked Truth” with Errol and Rochelle you can catch their shows on line at  www. It is a fun way to spend some time at home.  To all of you, stay healthy, stay safe with masks and 6 feet of social distancing. Though we have a vaccine, until at least 60% of the population is vaccinated the virus is still with us. Keep safely connected to loved ones, let your eyes smile at those in the front line of grocery stores, pharmacies and any opened businesses etc. and give them all a hearty thank you.

“If you can laugh at yourself you’ll have fun all day long”

Hospitality Notes

The Lupin Mission:

To provide a clean, SAFE, healthy, nurturing and natural clothing optional environment for people to come and feel free in body mind, and spirit

Hospitality Notes, March 2021

This month I am focused on not making assumptions that can be unhealthy and definitely not nurturing. The dictionary defines the word assume which is typically used in situations where someone takes something as the truth with a very low level of certainty or with no proof at all. We make assumptions that can lead to rumors which can be damaging to people.  I have tried to distill this months notes to its essence.  Enjoy!

Assume, assume!  Whatever I want it to be it can be, of that I am certain even though I have no proof, but it matters not, of that I am
certain. “He was walking funny; heavy drinker of that I am certain!” “She won’t look me in the eye; obviously has something to hide, won’t
trust her, of that I am certain.” “Nobody can be that nice; obviously lying all the time, of that I am certain.” “Grumpy mean old man; obviously on heavy drugs, of that I am certain.”  Truth be certain!  The funny walker, cramp in leg. The eye avoider, super shy. The nice lady, truly cares. The grumpy old man, in a lot of pain.  Assume, assume! Obviously wrong at least 85% of the time, of that I am certain.

Investigate, ask for the truth, it will set you free, of that I am certain. So, assume nothing!
