January kicks off a new year and, admittedly, holds the distinction of being my least favorite month. Cold weather, short days, and the reminder that I'm a year older are more than enough reasons to put it at the bottom of the list. Still, January gives us something valuable...a clean slate and the mindset that we need to prove ourselves all over again. It’s also a reminder to pay closer attention to the ever-changing evolution of business philosophies, technologies, and offerings.

January is also recognized as National Organization Month, and most everything starts with good planning and organization.
