These are really challenging and uncertain times. We are feeling all kinds of feelings. All of them valid and understandable. Many of us are fearful about our health and loved one's health, we are concerned about our jobs, finances, relationships. Many of us are frustrated with being at home and unsure how to manage another 4 weeks.
Please know that we all process things differently. Some people are falling apart, some are holding it together and some are going between both on a daily basis. Everyone is different and we are all doing the best we can. Today's #mondaymotivation is about remembering we have the ability to reframe our thoughts and change our perspective. One small thought can make a difference.
For those of us feeling stuck at home, remember you are safe. Look for the good. Look for the positive.
