This month's issue focuses on required documents and packing suggestions.
You will need to check in before going to the port. It will allow you to get through the embarkation process quicker.

Checking in early will allow you to:
  1. Print out your BOARDING pass
  2. Print out LUGGAGE tags
  3. Set your ARRIVAL appointment
  4. Print your Itinerary
  5.  Set up your Onboard Expense Account. (You will use this on the cruise. They link it to your debit/credit card or you can pay cash and it is your room key)
Go to www.carnival.com  You can print your travel documents
up to 30 days prior to your trip.
We recommend that you have a passport for emergencies. It will also expedite the debarkation process when you go through United States customs.

Don't have a passport? You will need a
valid photo ID and birth certificate with seal.

The name on your cruise documents must match your citizenship documents.
Contact Schooner if they do not.

To help you plan, we suggest you limit your luggage to a maximum of one bag per person, if traveling on cruises of 3-5 days duration, and no more than two bags per person, for cruises of 6 days or longer. In addition, you must personally carry-on any boarding documentation (passports, Visas, I.D), valuables, medications and items which require special handling.
