Project Review - Sliding Stone Tree Park, Bangalore

On 29 September
2017 we conducted the half-yearly review of our butterfly habitat and found the habitat to be thriving. Few water prone species had got affected due to heavy downpour, however, majority plant species i.e. 80% of the plants are growing well. Due to cloudy weather, the butterfly diversity was low yet we recorded around 20 species which was recorded by Isaac Kehimkar. Few butterflies were seen breeding inside the habitat. We are thankful to Subrahmanyan Ramanathan and Ms. Raj Lakshi in helping with the plant count.
