Welcome to autumn and a very busy couple of months in YOUR Vergennes Opera House. We hope you can make one or two or three or all of these events and in the process bring a friend, neighbor or family member or two.

We want to thank all the sponsors and underwriters who have made many of these shows possible especially our season sponsors: RPM: Restoration Performance Motorcars, Vergennes Animal Hospital, J.W. & D.E. Ryan and the radio stations of the Hall Communications Radio Group (WOKO, WJOY, WKOL).

Check the listings below for what's going on or go to the Calendar of Events on the
Vergennes Opera House website.

A spooky fun time on Halloween!
Once every seven years we get to enjoy Halloween on a Friday and this year an event is planned to benefit the local food shelf. There will be lots of fun, great music, costume contests and prizes. Time to get out your very most favorite costume, or create one, grab some non-perishable items and head on over to the Opera House. Tickets are available at Classic Stitching on Main Street in Vergennes or online here

Decadent Dessert Bash with Ray Vega Brass Quintet. Friday, November 7, 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

This is the "sweetest" fundraising event the the Opera House hosts all year. Delicious desserts offered by over a dozen bake shops, restaurants, chocolate producers and wine and spirits. There will "must have" and unusual items to bid on in the silent auction and you can consider your bid while sipping delicious adult beverages from the cash bar by Bar Antidote. And all of this can be enjoyed while listening to the amazing jazz with the Ray Vega Jazz Quintet.  Tickets: $25 online here or at Classic Stitching on Main Street in Vergennes.

This event is generously sponsored by The City Band Trumpeters, Susan and Geoff Nelson, Renaissance Development, Gaines Insurance, J.W. & D.E. Ryan, Vergennes Animal Hospital and RPM: Restoration Performance Motorcars.
