What a Year, and It's Only Half Over!

The first half of 2016 has kicked off with a BANG!

Thanks to everyone who has continued to support Rad Drew Photography in 2016! We've led great trips to Cuba and the South of France, and we're about to head to Pennsylvania for another great Fonthill Castle tour at the end of this month.

In addition, I've enjoyed showing my work in venues around Indianapolis, as well as showing a my B&W image, Out to Pasture, at the Sixteen Mile Arts Photography Gallery in Milton, Ontario in April as part of the Shadow Stories Exhibit.

And this year I celebrate collaborations with the tremendous east coast photographer, Betty Wiley and my long time partner and extraordinary Indiana photographer, Sally Meyer Wolf. I'm looking forward to heading back to the east coast for workshops with Betty and to returning to Cuba with Sally in November. More on both of those below!

And, last, but certainly not least, I'm please to announce a new collaboration with my friend and photographer extraordinaire, John Barclay. We'll be co-leading a tour this fall in the Smoky Mountains.
And Now for the Second Half of 2016!

Drum roll, please! Hard to top, but we're on track to do it!

Below you'll find a half a dozen great trips coming up yet this year and we still have a few spaces in most. Each of these workshops is for iPhone as well as DSLR photographers. Check it out and shoot me an email if you have any questions!

Cuba, Nov 1-9 and Nov 13-21, 2016
Cuba calls! Sally and I are returning in November for two workshops that focus on Havana and Trinidad. Pick the date that fits your schedule and join us as we stay in Casas, the Cuban equivalent of our B&B. It's an intimate way to experience Cuban culture by staying with a family in a neighborhood. We'll also meet again with a local Cuban photographer who will take us to areas most tourists don't see. And we'll have the opportunity again on this trip to photograph beautiful dancers from the International Cuban Ballet.

South of France, May 15-25, 2017
In May I held my first workshop in the south of France. We stayed on a 200-year-old farm near the village of Larnagol in the Lot region. From our farm we could see sheep grazing, fields of wheat, fog rising from the Lot River, and 13th century Chateau de Ceneveries on the distant cliffs. Castles, vineyards, yellow canola fields, a truffle farm, village markets, 40,000-year-old cave paintings, and picnics were all part of this incredible experience. Limited to 8.
What participants had to say!

Marvelous east coast photographer, Betty Wiley, and I, hope you'll join us for this lighthouse-filled tour of the south coast of Maine.
