SMART Polymer Composite Materials and Structures, a 10-week summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. The 10-week program will run from May 25, 2020 to July 31, 2020 pending award from the National Science Foundation (NSF). Georgia Tech Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE)

SURE is a 10 week research experience that provides a $6k stipend (which covers the stipend, meals, ground transportation costs, baggage fees OR mileage and on campus parking costs). Students also receive on campus housing, roundtrip airfare, graduate student mentoring, and social events. SURE is an excellent way to experience the Georgia Tech campus, a research lab environment, and graduate school. Many of our SURE alumni are currently attending Georgia Tech or our peer institutions for graduate degrees in STEM. Application Deadline is Feb 28, 2020.

The College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin Madison invites applications for the 2020 SURE (Summer Undergraduate Research Experience) program. Students selected to participate will spend ten weeks conducting interdisciplinary research mentored by College of Engineering faculty. National Weather Center REU Program is now accepting applications!

The NWC summer research program pairs undergraduate students with research mentors to conduct a project in the wide-ranging meteorology, climate, radar engineering, geography, environmental sustainability, and interdisciplinary topics being researched here. Our mentors come from all of the University of Oklahoma's Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences, as well as related organizations in and around the University Research Campus. Students are paid a stipend, have free housing, a travel allowance to/from Norman, OK, and travel allowance to present their work at the national conference that best suits them. Deadline for receipt of materials by February 10, 2020. The Florida-Caribbean Louis Stokes Regional Center of Excellence (FL-C LSRCE) is a collaborative research-practitioner partnership between Santa Fe College and the University of the Virgin Islands to broaden participation in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) by developing, testing and disseminating mindset intervention practices that enhance growth mindsets when encountering academic challenges. The FL-C LSRCE is requesting session proposals for the 2nd  annual Mindsets for STEM Conference.
