Our first recipe
(featuring our "Rosemary Infused Olive Oil"):
Homemade Rosemary Bread
3 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp. "The Spartan Table - Rosemary Infused Olive oil" + 1 tsp for brushing
1 1/2 cups warm water
Sift flour and mix all the ingredients.
(do not knead)
Cover the bowl with plastic film and let the dough rest for 3 hours. Line an iron cast pot with parchment paper and put the dough in creating a dutch oven. Bake at 450 F for 35 minutes. Take the bread out and brush "The Spartan Table - Rosemary Infused Olive oil" on top.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Our second recipe
(featuring our "Orange Infused Olive Oil"):
Orange and mozzarella Caprese salad
150 grams Mozzarella
1 tsp "The Spartan Table - Orange Infused Olive oil"
1 tsp "The Spartan Table - Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar"
salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and slice orange.
Build the salad ( one slice orange, one slice mozzarella).
Drizzle oil and vinegar on top and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Our third recipe
(featuring our "Garlic Infused Olive Oil"):
"Greek" potato salad
5 boiled potatoes peeled and boiled
2 green onions
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (Optional)
1 tbsp. "The Spartan Table Garlic Infused Olive oil"
1 tbsp. "The Spartan Table Fig Balsamic Vinegar"
1 tbsp. mustard (natural and low-fat way to thicken your dressing).
