Following our recent successful NZAL Leadership Training programme in Auckland, NZAL is pleased to announce that we will be delivering a leadership training programme in Wellington on 19 and 20 September 2016 to meet demand from diverse leaders.
The NZAL Leadership Training programme will again be delivered in partnership with the Superdiversity Centre for Law, Policy and Business and will provide diverse leaders with the knowledge and tools to go from Good to Great and to leverage off their difference in order to break through the bamboo ceiling.

This bespoke diversity leaders training programme will be delivered by the Superdiversity Centre, specifically Mai Chen, Chair, NZAL and Marina Matthews, CEO, Superdiversity Centre with other speakers brought in for their specific expertise on the key topics of training.
