TG Platform Administrator Update: Friday 29th September
Please see below for a list of the releases this week, as well as an outline of what is scheduled for the upcoming week.
TG Platform Releases: Week 18/9 - 22/9
  • National body can now process refunds again in TG Platform
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes and tidy ups of individual member records
  • Team Manager Login and Results Entry on TG Platform Web Portal
  • Fixes to statistics entry and display on TG Platform Web Portal
  • Ladder calculation corrections (continued from last week)
Scheduled Releases

This is updated on a monthly basis, and represents the overall deliverables for the
business throughout that month.

SportsTG wishes to advise that an issue with the ability for the national level to process a refund of a transaction is still ongoing, our team are currently working on fixing this and will provide an update once resolved.

Upcoming Public Holiday - Notice

There will be a limited number of SportsTG Customer Support staff available on both the Victorian Public Holiday (Friday 29th September) and the NSW / QLD Public Holiday (Monday 2nd October) to assist with any Support enquiries lodged.
