TG Platform Administrator Update: Friday 13th October
Please see below for a list of the releases this week, as well as an outline of what is scheduled for the upcoming week.
TG Platform Releases: Week 9/10 - 13/10
  • Surfacing financial status of members (at each level) when assigning players to teams
  • A score of ‘0’ now displays on Web Portal
  • Ability to manually add and remove individual rounds and fixtures within a competition
  • Venue Allocation UX Refinement (all child venues can only be added through the parent venues)
  • Resolved the issue related to Statistics not displaying with correct number of decimal points on Web Portal
  • Able to reset the results entered previously and the ladder reflects these changes
  • Corrections to statistics calculation logic
  • Default forfeit score now displays during results entry
  • Competitions are now sorted in alphabetical order in fixtures/ladders/statistics screen on Web Portal
  • Public display rules enhancement: fixtures/ladders/statistics only display within the range of display start & end date
Scheduled Releases
The below items are currently being tested, with an estimated release during the week commencing 16 October.

  • Surfacing team logos on the Web Portal
  • Venue Clash Resolution
  • Finals Series Calculation
'Unable to Process Request' Error Message
An issue has arisen in the last seven days whereby administrators attempting to login to TG Platform Console, and/or click on different screens within the Console occasionally receive the following error message:

This error is intermittent in nature, and tends to resolve itself by refreshing the page or logging in at a later time.

SportsTG are confident this issue is now resolved, though we will continue to monitor this closely in conjunction with our suppliers to ensure it does not persist. Should you experience this error moving forward, please alert our Customer Support team.
