Webinar Episode 2:
Managing our stress response and understanding trauma through COVID-19

2020 has been a year like no other! Our first-hand exposure to hundreds of nurses, midwives and carers, directly and indirectly impacted by the enduring and unrelenting stress-provoking events of this year, led our service to ask ‘how can we strengthen our support response for everyone in and around the nursing and midwifery professions?’.

In this webinar, Dr Rob Gordon, a clinical psychologist with decades of experience in stress and trauma management and disaster recovery, shares his knowledge on how to successfully understand and manage the stress response and trauma many have faced this year and may continue to experience in the weeks and months ahead.

Speaker: Dr Rob Gordon, Clinical Psychologist
Host: Mark Aitken | Duration: 54:43
