Final County Summary
Well the last part of the Counties was as outstanding as the first, too many PBs to mention. Huge congratulations to all swimmers keep it up.
We have several Meets coming up including our own Spring Meet (18th April) so let’s see a well-supported Championships.
I awarded the swimmer of the month to Rebecca Hoadley our Club Champion and Ellie Lawrence one of our County Champions as both work remarkably well in all their sessions, the Coaches couldn't split them so we decided to share it for the first time.

 Bag packing in Sainsburys

We have another fund raising activity planned for those swimmers that can give up some time to help their club. Sainsbury's in Chipping Norton have agreed to allow us to offer to "bag pack" on  2nd and 23rd May (bank holidays) We felt this was a good way to raise the 4Shires profile as well as collecting some money!  Please contact Sarah Holland to volunteer or if you need more information.

The Committee - Who's Who ?

Continuing our committee member profiles, this month we would like to introduce you to our Treasurer Andrew Raisbeck.......
Having fought off all the competition to be treasurer, I took over the financial stuff from Summer 2014. My sons Oscar and Archie swim at the club so I can regularly be seen poolside if you have any queries. When I am not demanding money from you, I am an avid sports fan; a life long supporter of Sunderland football club, as well as sharing taxi duties with Louise my wife for our boys' wide and varied sporting interests. I am currently attempting to set up a baseball club for children based at Chipping Norton School so watch this space. I is a former marketing director who is now a stay at home Dad!

and finally........

Happy Birthday to Kim looking good at the grand old age of 59 !

Did you know he can still swim 50 fly in 33.37 - pretty impressive !
