Dear Members and Friends, IHE-Europe is proud to be a partner to the 3rd Annual COCIR eHealth Summit, to be held in Brussels on 8 December 2016.
The 3rd Annual COCIR eHealth Summit is under the umbrella of the European Commission’sEuropean Summit on Digital Innovation for Active and Healthy Ageing (AHA) that runs from 5-8 December. At this European Commission’s Summit, the framework of the European Blueprint on the Digital Transformation of Health and Care - in which IHE is a major contributor to interoperability for AHA initiatives - will be further refined. IHE strongly supports the development of this European Blueprint at all levels.
The COCIR Summit builds on outcomes of previous COCIR eHealth Summits looking at Big Data and the role of eHealth in delivering Integrated Care under the banner of Digital Health Innovations: Define, Measure, Impact. It is a chance to reflect on how to build a compelling value proposition for digital health now at the crossroads of patient-centric and integrated care. Streams will include:
Defining integrated care workflows.
Leveraging data and intelligence.
Building stronger evidence.
