We are pleased to announce a short extension to the registration deadline for the IHE-Europe Connectathon to be held in Bochum, 11-15 April 2016.
Connectathon registration has been open since 1 December 2015 and registration has so far been brisk. You now have until 22 January 2016 to register. There are only very few newcomer packages at preferential prices left, so don’t delay to take advantage of this special offer.
IHE Connectathons provide a unique opportunity for vendors to test the interoperability of their products in a structured yet independent environment with peer vendors. Participating vendors test their software against multiple vendors using real world clinical scenarios following IHE Integration Profile specifications.
The importance attached by governments and healthcare providers to recent successful Connectathon participation - as a pre-requisite for tender progression - is further enhanced following the European Commission’s endorsement of 27 IHE Profiles being eligible for referencing in public procurements as technical specifications.
Bochum will showcase a comprehensive supporting parallel programme of regional, national and international events focussing on policies and deployment initiatives for eHealth and mHealth interoperability. This makes attendance at the 2016 IHE-Europe Connectathon a must for companies large and small.
