March 2015 Update
February was the first full month for the new Zambian President, Edgar Lungu. It has been a blessing that the prayers of God's people were a factor in a peaceful election and a gradual decline in post election tribal tension.
It has been a very busy February. I went out with my two oldest girls, Zoie and Zanna while Amanda and Zimeri stayed home. There is no more traveling for her at this time due to her pregnancy. We were in some most excellent churches in OH, VA and MI. We also had the opportunity to travel out to NM for a conference as well. While in the Northeast, I became very proficient in driving in the snow, shoveling the van out of the snow and snow shoveling around churches. This is a first for someone from Alabama! We did have time to venture out to Washington DC while in VA to learn more about our country. March is also a busy month. The Lord has lined up churches for us in FL and KY. We will then travel out west to AZ and NM. We are very excited and thankful for how the Lord has filled our calendar.
Please continue to keep Amanda in your prayers. The doctors are keeping keeping a close eye on her as she is classified as high risk. Miss Zadie Hope should be born mid-late March or early April. Please pray the Lord works out our schedule and the delivery of our baby. Thank you also to everyone who has been praying for the salvation of our younger kids. Zanna has been asking questions. Please continue to pray with us that she will be saved soon.
Thank you to everyone who has been praying for us and all who have been reading our monthly updates. We are currently at 48% of the budget we are looking at. We had two churches take us on for financial support in February. We have been on deputation for exactly one year this month. It is amazing how fast time has passed and where the Lord has brought us within this year. We are praying about the end of the year to head to Zambia. Please continue to pray to this end.
