Kryal Castle want to do a small part to say thank you volunteers and emergency services staff that are braving the fires to protect our communities across Victoria.

Heartbreakingly, with many towns and regions across the state severely impacted by the bushfires, volunteers and emergency service staff from all over the state are frantically striving to save these communities – often away from their own family and friends, for days and even weeks at a time.

To show appreciation for their immense dedication and courage, Kryal Castle are holding an Emergency Services weekend (8 and 9 February 2020), where members of the emergency services and their immediate families have free entry to Kryal Castle.

“We hope a visit to the Castle offers these amazing people a chance to recharge and momentarily immerse themselves in a world of make believe with their loved ones,” shares Melissa Dimond, Kryal Castle’s General Manager.

“We are in awe of the work they’re doing and want to do our small part to say thank you.”

For emergency services staff and volunteers to gain free entry, simply provide your ID at the ticket desk confirming you are either an emergency services volunteer or paid employee from either the CFA, MFB, DELWP, SES, Police, Ambulance Victoria or ESTA.

The Castle offers boundless fun – whether it’s losing yourself in the labyrinth or witnessing a real-life joust between knights in full armour on war horses. The magic continues when you visit the Castle’s wizard in his workshop or learn the ancient art of archery.

Daily programme can be viewed HERE. Gates open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th February.
