Thanks to Southwest Properties for their sponsorship of this ride four years running!  Pre-registration strongly recommended as group size will be limited. See FAQs for more details.

On Sunday, May 29th we will kick-off our season with the annual Women's Ride Day event which follows rail trail and quiet roadways. Leaving from the Public Parking lot on Clairmont Street in Mahone Bay, we will follow the Bay to Bay Trail to Schnare's Crossing then turn down into Princes' Inlet, Sunnybrook and come back along Mader's Cove, returning to Mahone Bay by noon. This is women's only ride for ladies 12yrs and older and a hybrid, comfort or mountain bike would be a suitable choice. There is no charge to attend but to help us with numbers please RSVP to me by Friday, May 27th at rose@sweetridecycling.com. Spread the word, bring a friend and we hope to see you there.

Women's Saturday Morning Rides, 8am, starting June 4th

Starting on June 4th we will start our Saturday morning Women's Rides for the months of June, July and August. These rides will be very similar to our Women's Ride Day route, following quiet roadways and rail trail along the Bay to Bay and Dynamite Trails, now part of the Rum Runners Trail.  We depart at 8am from the Public Parking lot behind the Kinburn Pharmasave at 8am and return at approximately 9:30am. There is no charge to attend the rides and again, a hybrid, comfort or mountain bike would be an ideal choice. For more information, please don't hesitate to contact me at the shop by calling 902-531-3026 or drop me a line at rose@sweetridecycling.com or just pop in anytime.  Spread the word...

Special note **

Our first ride on Saturday, June 4th will be a little shorter than usual to accommodate a Guided ride along the Bay to Bay Trail from Mahone Bay to Lunenburg, celebrating the official launch of the Bay to Bay Trail.  I encourage any of you who would be interested, to join us on that trail route also. Our 8am route will go along the Dynamite trail to Sleepy Hollow Rd and loop back through Lantz and Hirtles Cove(s).
