On the last Saturday of every month, Rwandans join together in service to make their community a better place. This practice is called Umuganda, a Kinyarwanda word which means 'coming together in common purpose to achieve an outcome'.
In honor of this day of service, we want to thank all of you, who, inspired by Rwanda’s rebuilding and rebirth, came together with us to support the Maranyundo Girls School over the years. You saw in this idea hope and opportunity for young women and for Rwanda.
TOGETHER we are building the new Library and Science Lab Building. This completes the High School.  By next year, there will be a total annual enrollment of 360 girls.
TOGETHER we will continue to provide access to excellent education to even the most economically vulnerable girls in Rwanda.
Thank you for joining us in this effort.

TOGETHER we are Maranyundo Umuganda!
Perhaps you will come visit Rwanda and see for yourself!

Maranyundo Girls School is planning a Grand Re-Opening for the High School of Science and Technology for either October 2017 or June 2018 in Rwanda (Exact Date TBD). Please contact us if you would like more information and to stay updated about this trip! See for yourself what is happening in the country and on campus.
