This is an open meeting to which all members of the church are invited.

The annual meeting receives reports from the Parochial Church Council on the following:

a)    The proceedings of the PCC and activities of the parish generally
b)    the independently examined financial statement of the PCC for 2016
c)    any changes in the electoral roll since the last annual meeting
d)    the fabric, goods and ornaments of the church
e)    the proceedings of the Deanery Synod.

There will be an election of new church wardens, PCC representatives and deanery synod representatives.

Electoral Roll
If you are unsure if you are on our Electoral Roll register, or would like to sign up, please see the list at the back of church or contact the Electoral Roll Officer, Wyn Kirkman, on kirkmanrandw@virginmedia.com. Membership on the Electoral Roll gives you voting rights at the annual meeting.

Giving thanks
Before the meeting we will be acknowledging the great contribution of Ray Brookes, Peter Davis and Pat Verity towards looking after the church and halls buildings and activities, with a celebratory glass and cake. Please do join us if you can.
