Bechdel Film Cub: Dangal
Friday, February 2nd, 8:00pm
Women's Center, Frist 243

The Bechdel Film Club is an opportunity to watch new and classic films that pass the Bechdel Test. The test was created by Allison Bechdel, it highlights how women are underrepresented in film. There are three simple criterion:

1. There must be two women in the film, both with names
2. The two women must talk to each other
3. They must talk about something other than a man.

This week's movie is Dangal, a film about a once-promising wrestler pursues the gold medal he never won by training two of his daughters to compete at the Commonwealth Games.

Dinner will be served.
Open to all undergraduate & graduate students, staff, faculty and administrators.
