Join the Celebration!
To Thank you for your support and passion for the Birkie, we invite you to join us for the ABSF annual meeting on August 8 in Cable, WI.  In true Birkie style, we’ve planned a day in the north woods filled with trail runs, bike rides, and a Nordic trek.  Following the day’s activities, we will gather for a social hour, picnic-style dinner and then get down to business for our annual meeting.
All are welcome to attend the annual celebration and participate in the activities, however, if you plan to join us for a great dinner that evening, please RSVP so that we may plan accordingly.  We hope to see you on the 8th!
A Night You Don't Want to Miss!
Legacy of the American Birkebeiner

Each February more than 10,000 cross-country skiers gather in Cable and Hayward, Wisconsin to take part in North America’s greatest ski race, the American Birkebeiner. Longtime Birkie PR leader and skiing historian, Tom Kelly, will take you back to the origins of Birkie, regaling the crowd with some of the legendary stories of the race’s roots. He’ll take you behind the scenes and introduce you to Tony Wise, a native son of Hayward whose vision shaped a community and a sport.

You're invited to this free presentation on Wednesday, August 12 at Hayward’s Park Center - for planning purposes, we ask that you RSVP. Join us for the Legacy of the American Birkebeiner and exciting news regarding the launch of the planned Museum of the American Birkebeiner.   Check Birkie.com, email Birkie@Birkie.com or call 715-634-5025 for details.
