The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has ordered a Guelph couple to stop smoking on the balcony of the condominium they own. The couple had refused to comply with a no-smoking rule of their building and the condominium board took them to court.

Local Mayors Call for Immediate Change to Water Levels (Water Canada)
The elected leaders of six municipalities­—Belleville, Brighton, Greater Napanee, Prince Edward County, Quinte West, and Tyendinaga—met on September 24, 2019 in Quinte West to discuss concerns surrounding the local water levels. Together they identified five issues where they will be working to seek direct action to improve the future outlook of the water situation in the Bay of Quinte region and beyond.

Planning has begun for the 2020 Condo Conference, and we are looking for YOUR INPUT regarding session topics. The conference will be held October 2nd and 3rd at the Beanfield Centre / Enercare Centre in Toronto. Deadline: December 13, 2019

This year, topics should be qualified as Masters/Advanced or Intermediate, targeted to;

  • Condo Directors
  • Condo Real Estate 
  • Condo Owners
  • Condo Managers
  • Students

Sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in length.
