RDS SE Research Café for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust researchers

If you work at Frimley Health Trust and are thinking about research, have an idea to develop or are considering a funding application, come to our RDS SE drop-in session and meet the Research Design Service South East Advisers. We can help with all aspects of research development and designing a research proposal. Annual NIHR RDS SE stakeholder event - Challenges and Opportunities for Health Research in the South East

12.30 - 4:30pm, 13 November 2019, Friends House, Euston Road, London

We invite all those interested in applied health and social care research to join us to discuss and explore challenges and opportunities faced by the public, practitioners and researchers across our region. Sir Nick Black will talk about the challenges highlighted by the Five Year Forward View and the integration of health and social care, whilst Professor Stephen Peckham, will discuss  new opportunities in the region, including the new ARC KSS (Applied Research Collaboration Kent, Surrey and Sussex).

RDS SE workshop: Research Application Writing 

10am-4pm, Wed 15 January 2020, Falmer Campus, University of Brighton 

A writing-focused workshop for research teams of 2-3 people at the latter stages of developing their research applications. The workshop gives teams time and space to write applications with on-hand support from RDS SE Research Advisers. Ideal for any research team who will be in the process of actually writing a funding application to any health or social care funder.
