THE LRSP CAMPAIGN
ON EDUCATION RIGHTS 
 
The LRSP's awareness campaign on constitutional language rights in the field of education will be launched at the end of February 2015 in the media and on the LRSP's website.

We have worked with our English-speaking partners, 
QCGNQFHSA and QESBAas well as our Francophone partners, FCFA, CNPF, FJCF and FNCSF. Their interviews will be published in a special insert which will be available in many English-language newspapers in Quebec and Francophone community newspapers outside of Quebec. 

As well, informative messages, interviews with our partners and ads will be broadcast starting at the end of February by English-language community radio stations in Quebec and French-language community radio stations outside of Quebec.

MICHELLE VAILLANCOURT'S TERM COMES TO AN END

Ms. Michelle Vaillancourt has been a member of the Panel of Experts since the LRSP first opened. During her term, she participated in the review of multiple important cases on constitutional language rights. The LRSP wishes to thank Ms. Vaillancourt for her exemplary contribution throughout her term. 
NEW MEMBER OF THE PANEL OF EXPERTS

The LRSP welcomes a new member nominated by the Department of Canadian Heritage, Ms. Marie-Claude Blais. Native of New-Brunswick, Ms. Blais will sit on the Panel of Experts as a lawyer starting February 2015.

The Panel of Experts is comprised of 4 lawyers, 3 representatives from the Francophone and Acadian minority communities,1 representative from the English-speaking minority communities and 1 representative specializing in alternative dispute resolution.

We wish her a successful first meeting!

MEETING OF THE PANEL OF EXPERTS
 
The next meeting will be held on March 2nd, 2015.

Don't forget that applications for funding must be received by the LRSP at least 2 weeks before a scheduled meeting of the Panel of Experts in order to be reviewed at the meeting.
