Regardless of a hard or soft Customs Brexit, goods to/from the UK or transiting through the UK, will be subject to strict compliance and documentation requirements.

This separate workshop will cover how export and import customs will impact trade with the UK as a ‘Third Country’, how tariffs work and the need to correctly classify your goods.

There is now an urgent need to prepare your company for customs with this one-day interactive workshop. This workshop is fully funded by DBEI, through Enterprise Ireland and delivered by Export-Edge Training, on behalf of Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.

Attendance is free but as these Customs Courses are in strong demand with a limited number of places available, early booking is essential.

The Brexit SME Scorecard online tool is an important first step in helping small businesses think about how their businesses may be impacted by Brexit.

Developed by Enterprise Ireland, questions in the scorecard are built around six key business pillars to help SMEs self-diagnose how prepared they are. A comprehensive report is automatically generated to assist with planning and to highlight what further supports are available.

The Katapult programme is aimed at startups and founders to help them get the basics right. It's based on the learnings of over 20 years supporting early stage companies.

After going on the programme participants will have a validated product or service and will understand the fundamentals of marketing, their business model, routes to market, finances, structure and how to build their product and have completed a final pitch.

It's essential that these steps are completed early in a statup to provide the best opportunity for success and investment.

We are now taking expressions of interest for this programme, this form will be used to assess eligibility and suitability for the programme (deadline for completed forms: 04 Sept 2019
