SDN Consortium has launched to Foster Industry-wide Collaboration

We are excited to announce our newest Consortium, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), will go live on August 1st. The goal is to enable one-stop shopping for controller and switch interoperability, conformance and benchmark testing. Testing will focus on the following use cases IoT, SDN-WAN, and NFV. Solutions based upon SDN and network functions virtualization (NFV) technologies promise greater efficiency and control and are helping businesses prepare for the rise of internet of things (iot)-driven network complexity and challenging big-data resource requirements. Save the Date! Ethernet Test Tools Webinar

We are announcing the first commercial availability of two previously proprietary Ethernet testing tools: a Universal FPGA-based Ethernet Test (UFET) System and a 10 Gigabit System. These tools will be available to member companies for purchase in late summer, 2016. We are hosting a free webinar on August 23, 2016 at 10AM PDT/1PM EDT, during which we will address how these systems will speed time to market, the application of the tools to the product design and manufacturing process, the value of our third party validation reports, and other key benefits. Register today!

The Latest Update for 10 Gigabit Ethernet

The NBASE-T Alliance and IEEE 802.3 co-developed 2.5GBASE-T/5GBASE-T standards as a lower speed alternative to 10GBASE-T. Following this standard, we launched a new 10 Gigabit Ethernet Consortium test suite to be used in the conformance testing of 2.5GBASE-T/5GBASE-T devices. Contact us now for more information.
