We have a special night lined up for tomorrow, February 19th. We will be revisiting our girl scout cookie and beer pairing night. We last did this in 2015 and it was a huge hit. Come by and try 8 different types of girl scout cookies paired with a beer that’s meant to complement the flavors of each cookie.
We had a great lineup last week as we sampled a selection of 10 different barrel-aged beers. The winner of our vote was the 2015 vintage of Goose Island’s Bourbon County Brand Stout. A great reminder that some beers get better with age...and that it’s always a good time to drink and share those beers in your cellar!
