It's been exactly 255 days since my album "Womb" came out and since you last received a newsletter from me. Sorry about the silence - and a belated Welcome! to all of you who receive this for the first time.

Since the release we've played more than 50 shows in Germany, Denmark and - the birthplace of the whole album - northern Sweden! Yes, we went to Vittula and met with the author, Mikael Niemi. I will have to tell you more about this in another newsletter! I've also played a couple of shows with the wonderful Helgi Jonsson and as part of the project Hun Solo. Hun Solo still has two upcoming shows if you're curious about that. See info below.

As you can probably guess it has been a pretty busy period with lots of things happening. I was so lucky to have some wise people around me who told me to make regular appointments with Mother Nature in order to stay grounded and happy.
So for a while my everyday program looked like this:
  • Lie flat on the ground for a minimum of 20 minutes
  • Walk barefoot on grass
  • Go swimming in the sea
I fell in love with it. It was almost addictive... Almost, I say, because like all other good habits it has now fallen into the background a bit. Also, the Danish weather at this time of year doesn't exactly help... Brrrr!!

So, now my personal program looks more like this:
I thought I would share with you in case it could inspire!

In my next newsletter (which will come sooner than you expect) I will ask you to get creative and join me in making a music video for "Whatever It Takes To Get To China". YAY!
If you'd like to prepare you can listen to the song here:

Until then, take care (- of yourselves that is!)
