We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website, a platform to make life easier for business tourism professionals and to promote the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees as a MICE destination.

Incoming agency Fil Mediterranean Travel Designers proposes a backdrop of adventure and history for an incentive activity based on the figure of the “indianos” or “americanos”, the wealthy emigrants that returned from “the Americas” in the 19^th century.

Up to the end of March there is still time to discover the garoinada, or sea urchin season, one of the Costa Brava’s gastronomic seafood traditions, on board a classic boat with a four-hour, hands-on activity, ideal for groups of 6 to 36 people.

La Costa Golf & Beach Resort opens again on 20^th March with interesting new services worth bearing in mind when planning conferences and events.

In conjunction with Eventoplus, the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau held a training seminar aimed at its members, agencies and professional planners.
 
The seminar comprised two days of training sessions, led by Eventoplus, at Domus Sent Soví in Hostalric and at Mas Les Comelles in La Vall d’en Bas.

The Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees business tourism sector has been present at the Confec Red workshop, held in Venice from 2 to 5 February.

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board has gone a step further in the commemoration of the Year of Sustainable Tourism prompted by the United Nations and has declared 2017 the Year of Cycling and Sustainability.
