Process Excellence concepts, methods and tools, including Lean Management, Six Sigma, and a team-based Problem Solving Process - like the A3, PDCA or 8D Problem Solving Process, are core competencies of Operational Excellence organizations and utilized to achieve an organization's strategic or operational objectives and goals.
